NICO+, simply a phone

It seems that most Japanese cellphone users are only using 10% of their rather advanced phones' functionality. That's a ton of wasted phone. The Willcom NICO+ prides itself on being a phone and nothing but a phone, so help them. With the little exception of e-mail functionality, the NICO+ device is only used to make calls. Many Japanese users spend so much money on these fancy phones, only to use them for e-mail and gaming when they have free time.
