FCC spills the beans on BlackBerry 8120
Story posted on: November 19, 2007. Filed in: blackberry.
The FCC has revealed more about the BlackBerry 8120, and this is nothing but a quad-band GSM/EDGE version of the recently announced 8130. You get similar upgrades such as GPS navigation, a 3.5mm headset jack, stereo Bluetooth, an external microSD memory card slot, and updated mail software in addition to 802.11b/g WiFi connectivity. It is a pity there is no 3G though. The Pearl 8120 will also come with a UMA client, indicating it would probably fall under T-Mobile's umbrella.
