i-Mate Ultimates coming soon

i-Mate has a couple of Ultimate devices on their way, with the Ultimate 8150 and 6150 targeted for a November launch, bringing a 520MHz processor, HSDPA and WiFi connectivity, GPS navigation, a 2 megapixel camera, an integrated FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0 support, a VGA display, and TV-out. For those who are willing to play the waiting game a little bit longer can hold out for the Ultimate 8502 and 9502 that run on Windows Mobile 6.0, where the former comes with a full QWERTY keyboard just below the display while the latter has a spring-loaded sliding keyboard. Both devices will share an amazing VGA resolution display and white backlit keys that are easy on the eye even in the dark. No idea on pricing for all these mentioned devices though.

Update:
Our sister-site Ubergizmo has the scoop on the i-Mate plans to do a device similar to the Palm Foleo. They also have the pricing ($600-$800) and a hands-on.

Imate is really becoming a bit scary here. I have the imate jasjar which is a wonderful unit, however, my always seeking better, i was interested in imate's 7150 and was told to wait-wait-wait and wait yet this item became a no-show. now heres their 9502, it has a november-07 launch date, then a december 07 launce, well here it is now january 2008, is this going to become another one of imate's phantom units, causing so many to look elsewhere for pdas
