UTStarcom SMT5800 on Verizon
Story posted on: October 15, 2007. Filed in: others.
The UTStarcom SMT5800 will be heading to Verizon Wireless, allowing you to access the Internet from wherever you are in decent speeds thanks to a EVDO Rev. A radio (which unfortunately won't be able to be taken advantage of due to Rev. 0 at launch). In addition, this QWERTY-equipped handset comes with a 2 megapixel camera, a microSD memory card slot, 128MB RAM, 64MB ROM, and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, all running on Windows Mobile 6 Standard. No idea on how much it costs, but the UTStarcom SMT5800 ought to be available at your local Verizon Wireless store before the year is over.
