Rumor of new Treo 800w
Story posted on: October 24, 2007, filed in: palm, windows
Word on the street has it that a new Treo 800w is in the works, and will be supported by Sprint's CDMA network while running on the Windows Mobile Professional operating system. It seems that Palm did not make that many changes to its form factor, but the screen will feature 320 x 320 resolution. It seems that the hardware beta of the device is already being worked on, so it would be interesting to see how the final product would turn out to be. I would like to see WiFi and 3G connectivity in addition to a light and slim form factor with reasonable battery life. What would you like to have included in the Treo 800w?

It’s going to need more than just Wi-fi. It needs the ability to Connect to Wi-fi file sharing networks, the ability to organize applications on the SD card just like you can the applications in main memory, more memory and a VGA output. Then ill maybe consider replacing my 650 with something new from Palm.
It’s long past time for palm to start kissing my A** since to date they have not done a thing to impress me enough to upgrade my old 650. All they have done is consistently lie, ignore & piss me off.
