Nokia 8800e rumor?

Could this be the rumored Nokia 8800e? Well only time will tell, but in the meantime enjoy this rather limited snapshot of an FCC approved device that features a QTKRM-233 device ID. October 16 is a date you should mark on your calendars as that is when the confidentiality agreement ends. Anyone wants to speculate on the 8800e's specifications and features?
