Softbank X02HT smartphone
Softbank has just unveiled the X02HT smartphone in Japan, and upon closer inspection sharp-eyed readers will notice that this is a repackaged version of the HTC S620 aka Excalibur. What's different is a new housing and operator branded software, running off Windows Mobile 6. The Softbank X02HT will feature a 2.4" display, a 2 megapixel camera, WiFi connectivity, and Bluetooth support, cramming all these features into a 120 gram body. No word on pricing though, but it should be in the same region as the standard Excalibur after conversion.
