Verizon Wireless have announced that they have sold over 3.4 million Chocolate cellphones in the US since last summer, calling it a ‘sweet success’. Unfortunately, it seems as though there is a high level of dissatisfaction where the Chocolate is concerned, mostly due to crappy hardware. Does anyone here concur with this, and do you have any horror stories of the Chocolate to share with us in the comments? If a product performs badly, surely word of mouth would have gotten around and sales would plummet, but it shows otherwise here. What gives?
