Nokia 6500 receives FCC blessings
Story posted on: August 24, 2007. Filed in: nokia.

The 'gods' at the FCC have just given their collective nod of approval for the Nokia 6500, so those who are interested in picking one up can start saving today. Features include a 2.2" QVGA LCD display, a microSD memory card slot (up to 4GB), Push-to-Talk, a USB interface for data synchronization and charging, and a 3.2 megapixel camera boasting Carl Zeiss optics. The most interesting aspect of this slider handset would be the inclusion of a TV-out jack that lets you make TV calls on your TV. A full fledged email client and IM application rounds off the list of features. The Nokia 6500 is set to be available in Q3 and will retail for €370.
