I bought HANTEL HT3188 last July 07 at Yiwu city, chinawhich is working fantastically till but today suddenly while searching sim switching off automatically and again switching on and off automatically. Pl help me to solve this problem and inform me how to restore factory setting as well as any downloadable OS is there for this HT 3188.

This is great phone.I am using it since last four months.
Everything is alright but i am having a problem that i can not connect it with my PC using USB when i want to use internet. Connectivity with the bluetooth is OK but how it is possible that i can use my communication port for my connectivity to the internet. I tried to download its drivers but failed. Please guide me to solve my problem.I use windows Xp at my home while Apple system in my office.

I have a problem in hantel mobile set : I save more then 150 songs mp3 in memory card but in software playter only 25-30 mp3 songs can only be play and display.
I format memory card and then re download all songs problem is as it is .

I bought Hantel 8388 in July 2007 from Nanchang, China. I am facing following problems & I suggest all of you to be very very careful before buying this product range.
Problem - 1
No english manual- I do not know the overall functions.
Problem - 2
It's just switches off suddenly, although the Battery is still fully charged & doesn't start again for day or two & then suddenly starts after words, without doing any thing. SOOOOO NOT CONSISTANT AT ALL!
