Motorola W218 hits Hong Kong market
Story posted on: June 27, 2007. Filed in: motorola.

Motorola has just made available its W218 cellphone in Hong Kong today, boasting a stylish and compact exterior that fits comfortably into the palm of your hand. Features include an integrated FM radio, a rudimentary VGA camera with 4x zoom, a high resolution 65k color display, and enough memory to store half a thousand contacts. Other software included in the W218 are calendar and event reminders, making this an extremely functional entry-level phone. No word on pricing, but it shouldn't be too pricey. It is handsets like the W218 that form the majority of the cellphone market and not highly desirable, top-of-the-line models like the Nokia N95.
