Samsung launches SGH-U308 Olympic phone
Story posted on: May 29, 2007. Filed in: samsung.

The Olympics are just around the corner, so expect sponsors of the event to take full advantage and cash in on the situation by releasing products that feature Olympic themes. Samsung has done exactly just that, unveiling the SGH-U308 clamshell handset at the China Beijing International High-Tech Expo 2007. There is no word on features or price, but to release something a full year early could be jumping the gun. The Samsung SGH-U308 is also known as the Beijing 2008 cellphone which is a whole lot easier to remember.
