VW to release LG VX8700

Word has it that Verizon Wireless will be releasing the LG VX8700 later today. This clamshell handset comes in a lovely brushed metal exterior design, measuring a mere 3.82″ x 1.95″ x 0.54″ and weighing 3.77oz. It looks more suitable for a business and professional crowd, featuring a 2 megapixel camera, a QVGA display, Bluetooth connectivity with stereo A2DP support, a microSD memory card slot, speakerphone functionality, MP3 and WMA file format support, and an address book that can hold up to a thousand entries.
