Whenever we use the term "brick" for electronic equipment and devices, it more often than not sheds a negative light on the issue. The BW-A888 cellphone from China comes as a brick in the literal sense of the word for those who really want to live up their retro lifestyle. Younger and more savvy executives will probably ditch the "brick" dock and use the BW-A888 as it was meant to be. No, the reason behind the brick is not to smash crabs during the next seafood meal, but to offer an extended battery life and a larger speaker.
