HTC Census does no calls
You would be surprised to hear that while the upcoming HTC Census might be a dual-band CDMA/EV-DO device, it is missing a microphone or speakerphone for you to hold a conversation. The reason behind this is the Census will be a data-only device, featuring a phone jack for you to hook it up to a landline network. Features include a 3.5" QVGA touchscreen display, an SD memory card slot, an integrated SiRFStar III GPS receiver, and a fingerprint sensor for added protection. The Census will be powered by an Intel Bulverde 416MHz processor and run on the Windows Mobile 5 for Pocket PC OS.
