Xenium phone lasts even longer

Philips, Energizer, and Techtium have worked together for some time to develop the AAA BackuPower cellphone. This extended power range model features a new backup embedded charging technology for mobile devices, making the Philips Xenium range of handsets even more impressive when it comes to longevity. A standard Xenium phone already boasts a standby time of up to 1 month on a single charge, and with the AAA BackuPower feature embedded, users can extend that period for another week by simply dropping a standard sized AAA battery. It would be nice to see cellphone manufacturers offering this feature in their power-hungry devices as we can barely go on for more than a day without charging our handsets.
