Shops with Nokir E828 sued

Remember the Nokir E828 which we reviewed a short while ago? Apparently, this $100 handset has been shifting more than enough units across Hong Kong to cause Nokia to sit up and pay attention. The legal eagles at the Finnish cellphone manufacturer has ordered small shops (often comprising of less than 25 square feet of retail space) to submit all existing stock voluntarily while coughing up an additional $3,870 in fines for damage incurred. This looks like the only recourse Nokia could take considering the wishy washy copyright-protection laws that are currently in place in China.
