Pantech phone does magic
Story posted on: March 16, 2007. Filed in: pantech.

A floating cellphone from Pantech? Now that's an idea. Pantech will be introducing its magnetic levitation slider handsets next month, making it the first in the world. The principle works very much the same way when moving a bullet train, except this time you can slide your phones open automatically. This 9.9mm handset will definitely threaten Samsung's throne where creating the slimmest sliders around are concerned. Additional features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, an MP3 player, and DMB broadcasting. Pricing details have not been confirmed yet, so we'll just have to wait until April to find out.
