The Helio Ocean handset is actually a rebranded Pantech PN-810, featuring a fold out mechanism to reveal a keyboard that represents your messaging intention, while you slide the cellphone open to reveal the keypad instead whenever you want to make a phone call. The Ocean runs on Helio's very own UI, and features EV-DO support, a 2 megapixel camera that supports MPEG 4 video recording, a miniSD memory card slot, 200MB of internal memory, MP3 playback capability, and compatibility with POP/IMAP mailboxes as well as instant messaging programs. Interested parties will be able to pick one up for $295 later this month.

The Helio Ocean has really grown up with it's Microsoft Exchange Email service and Garmin Mobile location based tools. Through leveraging current mobile tools Helio has been able to integrate its mobile offering with mainstream mobile solution providers.
