NTT DoCoMo comes down tough
Those wearing suits now have another barrier that prevents them from abusing their mobile Internet usage, thanks to NTT DoCoMo's 3G FOMA F903iBSC business-class handset. This cellphone was specifically released to combat information leaks and non-work related use, since NTT has removed both cameras (making a 3G phone really impotent) and taken out the USB/IR ports as well as e-wallet services. You will just have to settle for the 101 number phone book, e-mail connectivity, call log, and memos only. Additional security measures include a biometric key that is required before a phone can be unlocked. The Japanese will 'benefit' from such a handset when it is released this March 19.
