Nokia 5700 vaporware no more
Story posted on: March 29, 2007. Filed in: nokia.

We have heard rumors of the Nokia 5700 XpressMusic handset, but those rumors have been laid to rest by an official announcement from the Finnish cellphone manufacturers themself. Sharing many a trait of the 5300 XpressMusic handset, the 5700 comes with a literal twist. The bottom part can be rotated, where each position serves controls for different modes of the phone. This multimedia powerhouse offers MP3 playback capability, a 2 megapixel camera, video calling over a 3G network, and smartphone functionality. Additional features include a microSD memory card slot, stereo Bluetooth connectivity, and a 5-band equalizer with audio visualizations. Europeans can look forward to picking up the 5700 ExpressMusic next quarter for €350.
