LG Electronics has announced a couple of handsets at CTIA, with the VX8700 clamshell CDMA cellphone supporting EV-DO and Bluetooth connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera, an integrated speakerphone, and a microSD memory card slot. The 320 x 240 LCD display rounds off the list of specifications, and LG will probably let Verizon carry the VX8700 within the next couple of months. As for the LG 570, this musical powerhouse comes with an FM transmitter, external audio controls, and a music-only mode that prevents incoming calls while you're grooving to your favorite tunes. Additional features include a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording capability, a 2.25" LCD display, an integrated speakerphone, a microSD memory card slot, and EV-DO connectivity.
