Cam1 gives parents sense of peace
Imaginarium has developed a Cam1 phone that targets both kids and parents alike. The design is definitely kid-oriented, enabling those with small hands to hold it comfortably, while the color-coded buttons are pre-programmed by the parent. A navigational wheel that is omnipresent these days is located just beside the display in the same vein as a digital camera, enabling you to control your music and browse through photos. Other functions include an MP3 player and a 2 megapixel camera. It supports SMS, but I'm not sure how typing a text message is done on the Cam1. To top it off, Imaginarium has thrown in GPS tracking capability to give parents a sense of peace, knowing where their childis at all times. The Cam1 will be released this summer for approximately $130.
