The smartphone marketplace is definitely getting overcrowded, judging by the amount of manufacturers who introduce numerous handsets in a single year. OKWAP from Taiwan is the next to try their fortune with the S868 smartphone. This device is powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 and comes armed with a 2.4" touchscreen display, a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus, GPRS and Bluetooth connectivity, and an alphanumeric keypad in favor of a QWERTY layout. Other hardware specifications include an Intel PXA270 416Mhz processor, 128MB ROM And 64MB RAM, and an SD/MMC card slot. All this is magically packed into a body that weighs just 4.3 ounces. You can fish for a S868 in Taiwan late next month for $470.
