LG KE500 has no 3G
Story posted on: February 16, 2007. Filed in: lg.

LG sure has plenty of cellphones to unveil at the 3GSM World Conference, and this time around we are treated to the LG KE500 handset. This tri-band GSM phone isn't exactly a looker, featuring average functions such as a 2" 256k LCD display, support for MP3, AAC, AAC+, Real Audio, 3GPP, MPEG-4, H.263 and Real Video formats, a microSD memory card slot, and pretty respectable internal speakers for music aficionados. Additional features include a 2 megapixel camera with flash, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and an integrated FM radio. There is no word on pricing or availability as the KE500 lacks the GSM 850 band support that is required in U.S.
