Sharp 550SH goes 3G
Story posted on: January 11, 2007. Filed in: sharp.
If you're looking for an average 3G handset, the Sharp 550SH fits the bill as this handset offers the bare necessities without cramping its style. It comes in a candybar format and features a 1.9" (240 x 320) QVGA LCD display as well as a 1.3 megapixel camera that records videos in addition to photos. Unlike most products that are released these days, the 550SH does not come with a glossy, fingerprint-attracting surface. The Sharp 550SH is already out in Europe, so you can always head across the Atlantic and pick one up to bring home. More features after the jump.
• 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom
• Supports audio and video recording
• Supports Java games
• Bluetooth and USB connectivity
• 40-chord polyphonic ringtones (what - no MP3?)
• MP3, AAC, AAC+, AAC+e support
• Weight: 96g
• Dimensions: 48mm x 111mm x 18.8mm
