Solar-powered cellphone in the works

Take the green initiative to a whole new level with a hybrid cellphone that features integrated solar panels. This means you will never run into conversations that end abruptly due to the lack of battery juice. This device is currently powered completely by the sun's rays, making it a truly innovative solution to the power hungry traveler. Japanese will probably be the beneficiaries of this wonderful invention as cellphone giant DoCoMo is currently working hard at a prototype. No idea on when commercialization will occur, but we just can't wait.
