Solar-powered cellphone in the works

Take the green initiative to a whole new level with a hybrid cellphone that features integrated solar panels. Japanese will probably be the beneficiaries of this wonderful invention as cellphone giant DoCoMo is currently working hard at a prototype. No idea on when commercialization will occur, but we just can’t wait.
