Samsung V9900 brings cheer to CDMA camp
Samsung presented the SPH-V9900 Ultra Edition handset at the recent KES 2006 event. This CDMA 2000 handset evens up the odds against the battle against the GSM camp with its sleek looks and extremely slim profile. The SPH-V9900 supports EV-DO connectivity for high-speed Internet browsing, and comes with a superb 2 megapixel camera, a 1.9" QVGA display, an integrated music player that supports VOD, MOD, and MP3 formats, an electronic dictionary for those who find themselves short on words, a file viewer, and even a Nintendogs-clone stored within. We could be looking at a $200 price range for the SPH-V9900 if it is offered by cellphone operators.
