Motorola has gone red with its RAZR, and so has Apple with its iPod nano. Samsung has taken the cue by releasing its ageing SGH-D600 slider cellphone in a shiny new red casing. Other than the exterior color change, everything else inside still remains the same, from the 2 megapixel camera to the Bluetooth connectivity, 81MB of internal memory, 3D stereo speakers, MP3 playback capability, and voice recognition function. I doubt you will see many men carrying this color around, although the feminine slant might be able to win a few hearts over from the fairer sex. Is red the new pink? Shipping begins next month at a probably higher price than stock versions of the SGH-D900.
