Panasonic P903i self-locking phone

Cellphones are pretty much up there in the list of thieves and robberies, as it fetches a pretty lucrative price for a simple hit-and-run job. NTT DoCoMo of Japan will soon offer a new handset that will lock itself down automatically whenever the owner moves beyond a certain distance. The Panasonic P903i is equipped with an electronic card that corresponds to the cellphone's unique frequency, where the separation of both will result in an automatic lockdown. Hopefully those who are forgetful will remember to carry both phone and card close together lest their cellphone gets locked unwittingly.
