HTC Herald heralds slimmer Hermes

The new HTC Herald device is similar to the HTC Hermes in many aspects, except it has recently enrolled in a weight-loss program and shed a good 4mm off in depth. The difference might sound negligible, but it makes a world of difference in real life. The good folks at SoloPalmari have some blurry screenshots of the new Herald, as with any other self-respecting spyshot. You would think with all the advancement made in anti-shake technology in digital cameras, spy shots would at least come across as decent images for all and sundry to see. The slider HTC Herald comes with a QWERTY keyboard, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and runs on Windows Mobile 5.0.
