Somebody managed to sneak in a few spyshots of Motorola's new RAZR at HowardForums. This new device, codenamed Canary, is not as wide as the RAZR and looks set to be a winner when released. Speculation is rife that the quad-band Canary will "sing" with a 2.0 megapixel camera, 17MB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot (up to 1GB), Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and a mini USB port.
