O2 Xda Atom Exec to launch in July
The O2 Xda Atom is barely half a year old and it will be replaced by the O2 Xda Atom Exec, showing that 6 months is a long time in the smartphone industry. The O2 Xda Atom Exec will be released next month in the Far East, South EAst Asia, and Middle East at an estimated street price of $845. O2 does not plan to bring the Xda Atom Exec over to Europe anytime soon. The Atom Xda Exec is powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 and supports Microsoft's Messaging and Security Feature Pack (MSFP). Internal upgrades include a new 520MHz Intel processor and 192MB of ROM. It will share its predecessors dimensions and other features like the 2 megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, and FM radio.
