Motorola SCPL could be released next year

We know for sure thin is in, from lanky catwalk models to cellphones. Motorola has upped the ante in the slim cellphone arena with its plans of releasing the SCPL (pronounced "scalpel"). Details are held closely to Motorola's chest as we only know that the SCPL will be thinner and boast a quintet of features that will make it stand out from rival phones. Speculations abound that these features could include an MP3 player and 3G connectivity. How will Samsung and LG keep up with the race to be the slimmest is anybody's guess. At the rate things are going, it is only a matter of time before you actually break your cellphone in half by sitting on it accidentally.
