The BenQ-Siemens P51, big brother to the P50 is here. Combining latest technology like integrated GPS with WLAN. Using Windows Mobile 5.0, the P51 is the logical choice for those who need to keep up with business while traveling. The built-in GPS module show clear routes on its 2.83-inch QVGA TFT color display. Make VoIP calls with the integrated WLAN 820.11b/g at hotspots. The P51 will be on the market in July 2006. More specs after the jump.

Will be nice!! PDA will very complicated w/out qwerty!! if u are a mobile person u will know how much difficult to use stylus when u are driving or just walking.....
